Iphone not detected by pc in recovery mode.

Hello !! My iphone 6s plus is stuck into recovery mode and I cannot restore my device. When I connect it to the pc, the device manager does not show it; it blinks for a second , but the phone cannot be found anywhere. However, itunes detects it and prompts the restore option. But it takes too long to extract the software and finally says that the device cannot be found. Please help me to solve the problem. I have tried using multiple cables but got the same situation.
