Official reseller iDigital does not offer/sell AppleCare contracts. They do however offer a repair service with official Apple parts.
Is it possible to buy AppleCare online?
And if yes, through which international Apple website can i purchase AppleCare

No, it's not. AppleCare+ "IF" available must be purchased in the country you purchase and will use your iPad. Buying it elsewhere would not work and would be a waste of money.
There is no international Apple website - they are all country specific. So, if it is available in your country, it will be available on your country's Apple website. You must buy the device from Apple and get the Applecare within 60 days. If you do not buy it along with the device, Apple may require a physical inspection of the device to make sure it is not damaged when you buy it.
