My Anker keyboard will no longer connect/pair with my iPad Air 2 since I charged the keyboard. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Anker customer support could not figure it out.

It sounds like you're having trouble connecting a Bluetooth keyboard to your iPad, is that right? If so, we'd love to see what we can do to help.


Since you're using a third-party keyboard, we may end up needing to get you back in touch with the manufacturer of that device, but we want to do everything we can to help here first.


Just to confirm, are you experiencing any issues when you try to connect other Bluetooth devices or accessories to your iPad, or are you only experiencing an issue with that specific keyboard?
