iOS Apple ID Payment & Shipping

Recently my phone says “This card could not be found in your Wallet” under Settings > Apple ID > Payment & Shipping. That card IS in my wallet, as well as a couple others, but even when I try to select a different option from my Wallet, the only thing that shows up is Apple Cash. All the cards in my Wallet are verified and useable with Apple Pay, but right now I can’t make purchases through apps and such. How do I fix this?
