Hi tejaswini26

It looks like you've received a notification of a missed FaceTime call but the call did not go through to your device. We're happy to assist.

If you have other Apple devices logged into the same Apple ID, it is possible the FaceTime call rang through to a different device. This can result in a missed call on devices the call wasn't answered on.

Additionally, is this the first time this has happened, or have you received missed call notifications in the past without it ringing? Moreover, is this with one specific contact? Or multiple contacts who try to FaceTime you?

Let us know in a reply to this thread and we'll continue from there.

Cheers!

Thank u for the reply.

what I meant is I received a call from norikfe@icloud.com. This is something I don’t know. I don’t know what this email id does. I have another iPad connected to this device but I did not receive the call on any device. It still shows as the call answered in other device.

could you please assist me on the email id from which I received the call. It says iCloud but I don’t know why I got this call.

thank you
