Unknown FaceTime call

Hi, I noticed a green light on next to my WiFi. I scrolled down it was the FaceTime sign next to it written “unknown, missed” I checked I have not received any face time calls. Also that side lights up when a call is in progress, if I’m not mistaken. I restarted my phone thinking it may be a hacker or a glitch. Please advise. Thank you.

Missed FaceTime call that I never made My friend got 6 missed FaceTime calls from my number in the mid-night when I was sleeping (every hour from 2-8am). I never made those call and no FaceTime record on my phone. I wonder if my phone or his phone got hacked. I checked and no email notification saying that my Apple account logged in to any new device. anything else I should do to ensure my phone or my Apple ID are safe? thanks

Did we accidentally allow virus? I received a Facetime call on my iphone 5S from (561) ***-****. When I answered no-one was there. As soon as I hung up my wife's iphone 6S+ got a Facetime call from that same number. I answered and no-one was there. Did I somehow allow a hacker to get access to our phones? [Edited by Moderator]
