COPY OF PROOF OF PURCHASE

I have a problem with a secondhand devise I bought from someone. I have been using the devise for more than a month now and my service provider says there has been an online blacklisting request for the phone. the phone is using my apple id and face recognition and everything is working well. 13 August I started getting network problems and now I am told that to sort out the matter I need to submit proof of purchse for the phone. Now i can't get hold of the seller. What I don't understand the are questions that are asked before a blacklisting is done, and no one seem to know who did the blacklisting and why. Is there a way I can gethelp with regard to the unblacklisting. I have submitted an affidavit, copy of my id and filled in an unblacklisting form. all these docs are with my service provider, now they want proof of purchase and I can't access that information in istore. apple have all my details/ credentials and i am a long time apple user. Please assist

If you’re not getting any signal where you normally would do. It’s more than likely been blacklisted. Two reasons are. It’s either been reported Lost/ stolen from the original owner.

or, you are the original owner and debts have occurred on the account your contract is on. The network can then put a temporary block/ blacklist on the device until matters have been resolved. Yes it can only been removed by the network if you’re the account holder the phone was despatched to, given you can clear any outstanding debts. But if you’re not the account holder and the phone has been reported lost/ stolen. You would need to return the device to the person that is for them to resolve matter on your behalf!

i was recently scammed. I have obtained lines of enquiry for the police force I fell victim to this awful crime. I have three genuine lines of for the police to investigate but am being told due to police demand, it may be deemed not in the public’s interest to pursue! This is despite me being well over a £1000 down. And I can’t explain the level of frustration I now have towards Apple! I have been a loyal customer for many years. I did all the checks available to me as a purchaser. And due to there incompetence with regards to who can sell there devices, I am now at a substantial loss. Also, so many of there employees on this forums pretending to be members of the public trolling victims rather than offering support for loyal legitimate customers!
