is the phone number for apple card support working?

When I call the only number they'll provide, and select 2 for representative, I get about 3 seconds of hold music, a loud beep, then static. Says the call is still connected but I'm concerned I'm not actually holding just lost in space somewhere. 8-24-2020

Is anyone else having trouble reaching any humans at Apple Card to dispute transactions? I've been trying to dispute a transaction for nearly three months. I am unable to reach a human at GS or Apple to see what is going on. I got a call once, they left the main phone number and then I spent an hour listening to bad pop hits and instructions on how to use my iPhone to dispute a transaction. I called in a couple of times but keep ending up with the wrong departments. Best call? The poor woman in iTunes subscriptions trying to figure out how I ended up in her phone queue. Any help? This sucks and I am about to cancel the card. Big mistake getting it.

I was Abandoned by Apple-Where do you get the Promised Service. Has anyone else been placed into restriction for no apparent reason, then abandoned by Apple? It has taken me days and hours on the phone to get my card working again. Thank God I had a Visa along when Apple failed so badly. Is there somewhere other than the telephone number and messaging in the Walket App that will actually solve the issue?

Apple Card Support through Goldman Sachs Is there any way to contact Support for the Apple Card beside the 877-225-5923 number? This number has been busy for 4 days. My sister died and her Apple Card account is past due. I was able to get through on the number on December 3rd and spoke with a supervisor who said they would have to have someone call me back about closing the account and paying the balance. No call back in two weeks. I've tried calling multiple times each day at varying times, but the number always just rings busy.

Yes. We can close this thread I eventually got through. Either there was a glitch on their phone forwarding or too many callers at one time. Thanks.
