- I KNOW HAVE SAFE SEARCH COMING ON -DON'T KNOW HOW IT GOT TURNED ON OR HOW TO TURN IT OFF

Apparently your caps lock is stuck on as well... this would be a keyboard problem.
To your issue as stated— a swollen battery is one explanation for an erratic cursor.
If your pointer is jumpy when you use a trackpad, Magic ...
