Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Every time I drag a loop onto a track and play along with it and play it back, it is out of sync and I'm not able to drag the clip into alingment. I have the same problem trying to play along with an imported audio track.
If anyone can help me with this it would be appreciated.

Are you speaking of recording audio or MIDI?
If audio, go to Logic's Preferences/Audio and make sure Recording Delay is set to the center 0 <zero> position. Also, if using any delay inducing plugins you might need to have Low Latency mode enabled Only when recording.
If MIDI make sure the recording track quantize is set to off in the Inspector.

Nailed it! Recording delay was all the way to the left. I set it to 0 as you instructed and--Poof!-- problem solved!
I haven't tested the syncing of an imported file yet. I'm sure though that this has solved the problem. If for some reason it did not I will let you know.
