Can I set up an iCloud email account on my laptop?

I've done it before, but when I got a new computer last year, it won't work. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. My email creates an account, then "Attention required" appears. I've changed my password and nothing seems to work.

Note that you will need to have two-factor authentication turned on for your Apple ID and you will need to use an app-specific password rather than your usual Apple password. See information in Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
