I had a fraud claim on my apple cash account in which it but my hundred and one dollars account in the negative. My brother sent me some money and it took the hundred dollars...how can I get this replace

You cannot be refunded by Apple if you are scammed. There is no buyer protection for Apple Cash. You must report it to the police and report it here - Get Support. If you are scammed on social media (Facebook/Instagram, etc..) you need to report it to them also.If you have a negative balance on your Apple Cash you need to transfer enough money from your bank account to cover the negative amount.
