I have this issue on my 11 pro where I select a live wallpaper and I turn off the live feature yet it still runs when pressing the screen I’m on the last way version of IOS 13.6.1

Verify that it is indeed a Live Wallpaper and not a Dynamic one.
Dynamic Wallpapers cannot be turned off.

Which have you disabled?
Lock Screen or Home Screen?
Please disable both.
I did, I tried disabling both of them together and separately but the wallpaper still did the live animation (effect) on the lock screen. When I disable live for lock screen only, it automatically turns it on, it can’t be turned off
Yeah I did try restarting my iPhone after turning off the feature / then reapplying it again too, both of em didn’t work for me, it automatically turns on the live feature,
