Some contacts missing from iCloud and iPhone

After upgrading my iOS 13.6.1 on My iPhoneXS , Surprising I have lost my lot of contacts from iphone as wel as icloud. Pls help to recover my contacts.

Try -- Restore contacts, calendars, and more in Settings on iCloud.com - Apple Support.
