I have updated my phone to 13.6.1 and I have deleted alarms which I had on at 5:00am and 6:30am. Now that they are deleted, they are still ringing.
I have reset my phone and closed the clock up and they still ring.

Bed time alarm is also switched off.
Deleted alarms keep ringing.
