How to do "ink to text" with OneNote

The tool for ink to text is not avalible under the task bar for Draw. According to the help file it should be there. I use a Swedish version and iPand Pro, iOS v 13.6.1

Hello

thanks for your reply but it does not help. The ink to text icon is not available under the draw tab.

How can I add this function?

“Ink to text” function was the reason I bought the iPad Pro.
