Iphone 7 and Iphone 11- camera's photo resolution is how many pixels?

We would like to enter a photography competition and it requires a minimum resolution of 2500 pixels on the smaller side, a size between 3 and 6 Mb. We would like to know if our phones' cameras ( iphone 7 & iphone 11) can take photos that satisfy the minimum resolution. We will then have to convert into jpeg to submit.
