Iphone 7 Stuck on Low Data Mode

I went to setting under Cellular Data Options and turned it off but it's still on and making my phone super slow. please help

IPhone 12 dropping 5G and LTE I have a Iphone 12 Pro Max. Each time when I go outside the house, or traveling between home and work, the data coverage drops and I can't even send imassge out. I suspect it might have something to do with the fact that the device is confused between 5G and LTE. Once it stuck in that mode, no matter what I do (switch airplane mode on and off, data on/off...), nothing helps. I can't connect to any data. The only way to make it work is to reboot the phone. I ended up rebooting my phone three of four times a day, in order to force the phone to work again. Can you please help? Under Cellular, I have roaming off, Voice and Data set to "5G On", and Data Mode set to "Allow More Data on 5G". Thanks.

My iPhone 7plus is still showing cellular issues detected after an update, pls what do I do My iPhone 7 Plus keeps crashing the cellular data.. even without a sim inside it’s still searching for network n tell me cellular issues detected.. what do I do please

I haven’t had any sudden shut downs and I want all my photos to sync and not have to manually update my apps. I see other ppl have had this issue as well and no ones has a solution yet

Replacing the battery won’t turn off low data mode. That’s all I want help with. I’ll up date once I’m able to talk to rep but thank you for your suggestion

The battery did NOT help as I thought and tech support couldn’t fix either. At this point I’m just going to upgrade my phone lol

Mine is off but I wonder if matters which WiFi I’m connected to? I’ll try again on my home network. And see if it shows there. Thank you!!!! *fingers crossed*

Go to Settings/Battery and tap on Battery health. What does it say?
