If I reset network settings will this erase my passwords and other information on my phone

Help! Someone PLEASE answer. My iPhone 5s has been stuck on searching for several days. The screen keeps freezing up and/or blanking out. I can’t even make a call from it. I am connected to WIFI and my cellular data is turned on. I’ve tried EVERYTHING listed to fix this problem to no avail. The only thing I haven’t tried on the solution list is Reset network settings because when I go to do this it says-> “This will delete all network settings, returning them to factory defaults” What does this mean? I’m afraid to do this,... If I reset network settings will this erase all my passwords and other information on my phone?? Help
