Hi.... I just bought a new iPod Touch 7 and it won't sync up to my old iTunes library. All my drivers are updated. I just downloaded the latest version of iTunes today. The " automatically sync with this device" option in music is already checked. The error says it's an unknown reason why my old library won't sync with my new ipod. I have no idea what to do at this point.

Thank you for responding, but I finally figured it out. I have to go into the music setting in iTunes and enable it, so it would sync to my iPod. I really appreciate you for responding 🙏🏾
