Storage

my phone was running out of storage so I deleted over 2k pictures, almost all my apps, and all of my texts off my phone (I did this because my phone kept crashing and nothing was loading, not even phone calls). One minute my iPhone storage shows that I’ve used 60.2 out of 64 gbs and the next minute it shows that I’ve used 63 out of 64 gbs (keep in mind I haven’t taken any pictures, sent any messages, or downloaded any new apps). I’ve tried to buy storage for .99 cents but it’s not allowing me to do that either. How can I fix this? The Apple stores around me are all closed
