Cellular Data

I had my phone plugged in for a couple of hours unused, and when I came back to use it, the cellular data wasn't (and still isn't) working. It still says that I have an LTE connection, but nothing using cellular data works, including iMessage. What's really strange is that my hotspot connection still works, and that's actually what I'm writing from (on my computer). I've turned my phone on and off 3 times and I have reset my network settings. I don't know what else to do besides take my SIM card out and put it back it.
