Why doesn’t my phone open apps? I have been trying to open Snapchat on my phone last week but it kept closing out so I deleted the app, but now it won’t redownload... the same situation is happening with instagram and my photo apps. I have 3 gigabytes of storage left and I definitely have enough space for Snapchat but it doesn’t download. Now barely any of my apps open without getting either a black screen or closing the app immediately. Any suggestions?

3 GB left might be getting kinda full.. how much storage capacity does your phone have? You may want to start clearing some stuff out to see if that helps with your issues.
