App Transactions Super Expensive!

I’ve made several purchases of 9.99 on an game app, and I check my transactions on my banking app and see that instead of 9.99 plus taxes that the purchases are $16.27 why is it so much more than it says it was? I made another $19.99 transaction and the charge was $32.56 what’s going on? Someone please help
