stolen ipad and iphone

Hi everyone, I had 2 ipad pros and an iphone stolen from my business about 5 weeks ago. over the last week each item has been turned on and I've been able to get 2 approximate addresses for the 2 ipads. Is there any tricks or tips for how I can get them back... they are logged out of my apple account, but I have them all on the "find My" app.... all offline atm...

Is there a way to "hack in" if you are close enough and tether internet to them to turn them on so I can get a more accurate location to give police?

You will only be able to locate them once they are powered on and connected to WiFi or a cellular network.
