Cannot use apple Pay

I am not able to open the Wallet in my phone. I am getting only a blank page. I tried restarting the phone several times with no success.


earlier It was showing me updating cards everytime I try to use apple pay then I deleted my card from there and when i tried to re add it it showed me an error that I cannot use more than 12 cards whereas I had only one card defined.
