Apple Pencil not working.

My apple pencil hasn't been working on my IPad 6th generation. It has been connected to my bluetooth, the tip is all new and tightened, and the battery of the apple pencil still shows up. My nearby Apple stores are all closed temporarily. Please let me know what I can do.

You appear to have already covered many of the basic troubleshooting checks.


If you haven’t already done so, you should update your iPad to iPadOS 13.6.1 (current). In addition to essential security updates, this version includes fixes for known issues with pairing and operation of Apple Pencil with some models of iPad.


If updating your iPad doesn’t help, this guide may be helpful:
