iPhone charging issue

Whenever I connect my iPhone to my MacBook for charging, it continuously connects and disconnects and it is not charging.

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Cable? try a different one

Poor USB port? do not use USB hubs, and try connecting to a different port

Is your iPhone charging fine using the power adapter into a wall socket?

No idea about that, but if you tried a different lightning to USB cable AND a different USB port on your MacBook, AND if your iP7 charges fine when plugged into power, I might be wrong but I'd think the issue is in your MacBook.

Yes, my iPhone is charging fine while using the power adapter into a wall socket. I tried connecting to a different port but still issue is not resolved.
