any why I can lock it again?

iPhone stolen and screen lock pin compromised, what they can do? Hello, my partner's iPhone 12 was stolen 15 days ago. She set it as "Lost" into the Find My application, made a police report and reported to the telephone company. She did not request a "Device data deletion" on the Find My application. Yesterday my partner received a phishing sms asking for her screen lock pin and she introduced it :/ Immediately the device doesn't show anymore into the Find My application. She has changed the passwords for all delicate apps: mail, instagram, paypal, icloud.. We are worried that now the thieves can access to personal information as SMS or pictures. Is this true? Stolen iPhone X and now getting suspicious messages... My phone has been stolen. I have utilized the erase function and it still says erase pending. When I checked again, the next day, the erase had been canceled. Now I erased it again which still states ‘erase pending’ and I want to know if these hackers can be stopped. I mean if apple support can completely block my stolen iPhone X. At the moment I don’t feel safe at all, my family members are connected to ‘the family’ and are getting suspicious messages regarding my stolen iPhone X. I don’t feel safe with the erase function, it hasn’t worked. So the only option left is to completely block the phone. Can Apple do this?

That is a scam and not from Apple. If you responded and entered your password, change it immediately. See: Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support
