I am using iOS 13 and still I wish to use the Naqsh font for URDU and ARABIC which was before iOS 11. The problem with the font is that it is not easy to read. It is not compatible with other apps. Words get mixed up in between two lines. Apple, please add old font option to choose.

I don’t have words to describe how I thank you. Never realized that both Nastaleeq and Naqsh Urdu fonts are available to choose at Settings > General > Language.

Could you post a screen shot that shows the "mixed up between two lines"?
To get the right font, just go to settings > general > language and make sure that Arabic is higher on the list than Urdu.
Here is the screenshot. In fact this font is not easy to read.
