Input Language – Urdu (اردو) – Typing/Textual Experience

How to change the direction of Urdu text in the input writing-fields in ‘iPhone 7 Plus’? I’ve experienced difficulty in typing the quotation marks (“اردو”), at least until now. Also, as due to the offered font styles – ‘Nastaliq’ & ‘Naqsh’ – the ‘line spacing’ (as in ‘Microsoft Office Word’) is not spacious enough to read the Urdu text distinctly! How can I add more fonts for my phone’s Urdu input language, and, ‘word match’ / suggestions on my phone?

How to make the Urdu (اردو) typing like that of ‘Android’s in iPhone? The fonts for Urdu typing experience & fonts that you offer in ‘iPhones’ aren’t that sufficiently elegant & improved as in the ‘Android’ devices.

You can add more fonts with a app like AnyFont, but you can only use these in apps which have a font menu, like Pages.

I doubt there is any way for you to fix most of things you mention. Let Apple know about the problems via

You could try an alternative keyboard. Check the Keyman app.
