Hello Dooslfuj,
The App Store is an important part of your iPhone. We want to help sort this out! If you search for the App Store by swiping down from the middle of the Home screen, does it find it in the results? Here's more on searching, just in case: Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If not, check to be sure there are no restrictions in place. Tap Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases. From here, make sure that "Installing Apps, Deleting Apps, and In-app Purchases" are all set to Allow. If any are set to Not Allow, change them, then restart your iPhone and check for the App Store again.
Here's more on restrictions, just in case: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
We hope this helps.
Cheers!
Wheres the restrictions located? Also theres just not way to reinstall thru a site or some kind of hack??
Dooslfuj,
Got it. Were you able to also check to see if restrictions were turned on? If those are turned on, it can cause the App Store to be hidden. If there are no restrictions turned on, we'll want to reinstall the software by connecting to a computer. While the steps we're going to take shouldn't cause data loss, we still strongly encourage you to back up your iPhone first. Here are guides to follow, just in case:
First, back up your iPhone using either iCloud or iTunes: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Then, start your iPhone to recovery mode by following these steps: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
When prompted, be sure to choose "Update" as this will attempt to reinstall the software while keeping your data in place.
Keep us posted on the results.
Thanks!
Dooslfuj,
To locate the restrictions, tap Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases.
If the restrictions aren't what's causing the App Store to not show, then we'll need to connect to a computer to reinstall the software as we mentioned earlier.
Thanks!
