I don’t want to update my phone. How can I acknowledge that I see the update and do not want it and make the notification go away?

I want to uninstall the new update how do I do that because ever since I install the update my Wi-Fi has been not connecting and my phone is been acting up so I want to go back to the old update can somebody please help me
