AppleID attached to Ipads

Hi Team,


Am using my personal account for a business purpose.


In fact, i work for a software company which uses apple products.


We gave 2 Mini Ipads to Hotel School of Mauritius but unfortunately one of the students attached an Apple ID to both Ipads and we not able to change this.


Can someone please assist?

If you were the original purchaser and can prove it with

a receipt from Apple or Apple authorized iPad retailer showing

the serial number of the iPad, make a genius bar

reservation and bring in the receipt, iPad, and government

issued photo ID to Apple and they may assist in resolving the problem.

If the iPad was purchased used or there is no receipt, the AppleID and passcode must be recovered 

It is highly recommended that you make a Genius Bar Reservation to avoid delay at the Apple store

If no Apple store or it is closed, you can follow the options at Contact Support

You will still need original proof of purchase before Apple may assist

you.


Once the iPads are reset, it is highly recommended that you start some

sort of management system such as an MDM to prevent such problems

in the future.
