App Store login problem

i reinstall yosemite my macbook.(2015 macbook air 11inch).


i can't login in my App Store. when i enter password, system send me a verification code but i can't write the id verification code and write this speech "An Apple ID verification code is required to sign in. Type your password followed by the verification code shown on your other devices."


i try to close two factor authentication but i can't close it.


how can i solve this problem. i can login my iCloud account when i use the safari.

Let's try to reinstall the latest operating system that is compatible with your Mac. We recommend using Option-⌘-R to boot up your Mac. This will upgrade you to the latest macOS therefore not requiring you to sign in to the App Store.

Yosemite unfortunately does not support Two-factor authentication. A code might come through on your iPhone or iPad if it has successfully connected to your AppleID.


Without that, you will have to contact Apple directly to disable two factor authentication. They might be able to relink the account to your Cell phone so at least they can verify by text.
