Is "New Music Mix for..." discontinued from "For You"
In many articles across the net there is a reference to automated AI mix playlists that are supposed to appear in "For You" to give suggestions based on your listening history. They are....
New Music Mix (for {your name})
Friends Mix
Chill Mix
Favorites Mix
I see none of these on any of my devices (Android, iTunes on Windows PC, Apple Music via web browser)
Is this an iOS only feature (I would doubt it) or did Apple for some reason discontinue these?
The closest thing I've found is the {Your Name}'s Radio playlist in For You. The problem is, it also plays a lot of songs already in my library.
I'm looking for an automated AI based play list that only includes suggested new songs not already in my library based on my listening history. The For You section (besides the {Your Name} Radio) appears to only give options to listen to a suggested artist, album, or a playlist that is narrowly focused on one genre or time period. There's no personalized and updated New Music Mix playlist spanning multiple artists, albums, and genres. That type of playlist seems to me a like a pretty basic useful feature so I'm quite surprised I can't find a New Music Mix playlist.
