AppleID and Apps problem

I will report a question that has been already asked before: Why is my IPhone downloading random games on its own?

First off, I’d like to put more details into it in order to help you find an answer.

My IPhone is still on the 13.6 version and I’m about to move forward to the 13.6.1 .

I share the same Apple ID on my MacBook Pro 13 it’s on the Sierra version, I cannot download any games there through AppStore, and most importantly no one is using the Laptop except me.

I noticed 2 Apps- games in detail that I had played and deleted a long while ago, only before I managed to Set the clock for the next day.

Since I haven’t shared any information with anyone, how is it possible that 2 Apps were getting downloaded by themselves at the same time? (Without verification)

I immediately checked if my Apple ID was being used in any other device, and I managed to find nothing but my own devices.
