Apple Music Search Issue

You may want to read the NDA you agreed to which includes that neither you nor anyone else is allowed to discuss anything at all beta related. It also violates the ToU here. So, unfortunately, your only recourse is to use the built in feedback assistant to file a report with Apple.

I have the exact same issue. When I search for BANDS in Apple Music, the only returns I get are PLAYLISTS. Now, in order to get to the Artist, I need to start playing a track from the playlist >> jump to the album >> Artist to get the full overview.
