• Make sure you are signed in with your Apple ID.
• In the tv app scroll over to the tv+ Section , click on that and it might just pop up then. This is what I had to do.

I followed all instructions and still only get the week free option. Just purchased a new iphone11promax and have family sharing and have the app. When attempting to use the link for customer service it says there is “limited customer service available” and sends you to more prefilled responses such as the one above that leads nowhere. Can you provide a contact number to speak to a real person?
