Try redeeming it again but do not pick 7 days or you won’t be able to get the free year

If you qualify, and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.
I followed all instructions and still only get the week free option. Just purchased a new iphone11promax and have family sharing and have the app. When attempting to use the link for customer service it says there is “limited customer service available” and sends you to more prefilled responses such as the one above that leads nowhere. Can you provide a contact number to speak to a real person?
