Macbook Pro 2012 Retina Display, Fans Max Power, No Display, SMC reset does not work, Battery not damaged! PLEASE HELP!

My Macbook Pro late 2012 retina display version is not booting up, no chime, no display, only the fans running on max power. The battery is not bad in it as it can charge to normally and the magsafe light does not blink. SMC reset does not work either and i have attempted multiple times. When i let the computer fans sit and run at max power for about an hour and then turn them off later, the computer boots up normally but only in safe boot mode, as normally booting and logging in freezes throughout the way and the laptop shuts off. This Computer is in almsot perfect condition yet i am losing my mind. Please help me out whenever you guys can a homie really needs it! Thank you so much.

DONE - Reset SMC by following the directions applicable to your MacBook here ➔ How to Reset SMC. If that does not solve things then-
Reset NVRAM/PRAM by following the directions applicable to your MacBook here ➔ How to Reset NVRAM/PRAM. If that does not solve things then-
DONE - Enter ➔ Safe Mode and see if the screen issue still exists in Safe mode. Log out of Safe Mode and then reboot computer. If that does not solve things then-
Finally if none of the above works then you can enter ➔ macOS Recovery Mode and reinstall the macOS and see if that solves it.
