Why won't my Mac book pro let me update my apps?

A few of the apps that came on my Mac book pro when I bought it need updating. My Mac book won't let me update them because it says they were purchased with a different Apple ID. How do I fix this, how do I update my apps?

The work around is to delete the apps and redownload them.
