What if someone steals my airpod? Can you see it moving on Find My iPhone?

It says that my airpod was last connected 3 hours ago and will the location change if someone stills it?

Unless you are in range of the AirPod, the AirPod is powered on, and is charged, the Find My app will not update its location.
