2018 MacBook Air Flexgate
I am facing the Flexgate issue with my 2018 MacBook Air. I contacted Apple Support and the adviser told me they were going to connect me to a senior adviser. The senior adviser was supposed to call me within "5-10 minutes." But I never received the call. Also, the adviser confirms that the issue is the same, for which the MacBook Pros receive free service. But, They refuse to provide free service to me, as my model is not mentioned in the post.
Why did I not receive any further communication from Apple and why should I not get a free screen replacement when it is a known design flaw?
