Magsafe not working properly

Hii! I have been having issues with my 45w magsafe 2, after connecting to macbook air 13 inch, early 2015 it is blinking orange and green light and not charging properly

First, try an SMC reset:

If that doesn’t work, you’ll likely need to replace the charger.
