Merging iCloud accounts

OK... so I'm not the only one to accidentally make two iCloud accounts. I've had since the @Mac.com days then the @me.com then the @iCloud which it asked me to make a name so I did just benabo but then it let me use an alternative email, so I used my gmail. I've spent $100s if not more on ringtones, movies, music, and I can't access them AT ALL and it's ridiculous. I can't log in, manually make sure apps update, then switch back like on my Apple TV, because I'm logged out for 30 flipping days. This is so stupid.

My topographic maps that I use for rescue. Gone and useless.

My apps that I use to teach and treat children in emergencies at the hospital. Gone and useless.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

Once set up, there is no need to be signed in to an Apple ID to access its content.

All shareable content from Apple ID A is accessible by Apple ID B.
