New Ipad

Hello,

I set up my new iPad and my contacts did not transfer over, nor did my Facebook newsfeed or Friends. Thoughts?

In the settings, under iCloud did you sign into the Apple ID and choose to have contacts sync?

As to facebook, are you signed into facebook?
