Sync Through iCloud:

Enable Contacts in iCloud on iPhone. All will sync, if existent, and tied to the sane Apple ID.. Go Here: Set Up and use iCloud Contacts - Apple Support

A. On the iPhone:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
  3. Tap: iCloud
  4. Tap: Contacts (so that it is green)

B. On a Mac:

Is Contacts enabled in Apple ID on your Mac? If not, enable it.

  2. Click: Apple ID
  3. Enable: Contacts

Exporting Contacts:

A. Sync Through iCloud:

Using the same Apple ID: First, enable Contacts in iCloud on the iPad device. Then, on your other Apple devices, enable Contacts. All will sync between devices. Go Here: Set up and use iCloud Contacts - Apple Support

B. Re-Enable Contacts:

If the above does not work, then disable Contacts and then enable Contacts.
