They will replace the entire iPhone for the out-of-warranty fee > iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support

So which is it? You have an insurance policy or you have AppleCare +. They are different, it is not a yes or no answer. If you are not sure go to Settings > General > About and it should show your warranty coverage.
