need to have this autofill thing fixed

I have looked all over my settings and still cannot fix this. I own a used iPad. whenever I type the word "new" this text bubble comes up and displays this email address in blue font color and it automatically fills it in when i press the spacebar. ive atatched a picture of what it looks like for reference. ive turned off predictive text, autofill, and everything o n my keyboard setting but nothing works which means i need to backspace and erase this long email address

Hey there mibevan,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand you’re having an issue with an email autofilling on your iPad despite doing some great troubleshooting. We’ll be happy to help.

Just to make sure you’ve covered everything, go to Settings > General > Keyboards and turn off Predictive there. Then go to Settings > General > Reset and Reset the Keyboard Dictionary as well.

Check for any updates to iPadOS:

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Restart your iPad after this and see if the issue is resolved:

Restart your iPad

We hope this helps.

Take care.
